Tart Ripped Leggings

Tart leggings are very rock ‘n’ roll. Even I can look mean in ripped leggings, reason why I try not to wear them during the week (yup, “mean” generally scares people). Stop for a second, forget these photos in my living room and think about the possibilities: combine the leggings with pink/orange/red/yellow tights underneath and you’ve got polka dots; perhaps even with skin tone fine fishnet tights at night to add texture. Add many bracelets, studded belts, layer a couple sheer oversized tee shirts, put on a lot of eyeliner and you’re ready to rock.
